When flying into Singapore, we recommend flying directly into Changi Airport (SIN). Servicing over 100 international airlines, Changi Airport is a major aviation hub in Southeast Asia.
Attendees will find transportation to and from Changi Airport quite convenient as taxis, shuttles, buses and the Mass Rapid Transit Train (MRT) are readily available for all travelers.
The most convenient way to get to the city from the airport is by taxi. Taxis are available at the taxi stands at the Arrival levels of each Terminal. The journey to the city is estimated to cost between SG$18.00 and SG$38.00 and takes approximately 30 minutes. Fares are metered and there is additional airport surcharge for all trips originating from the airport.
$5 airport surcharge – 5.00pm to 12.00am (Fridays to Sundays)
$3 airport surcharge – all other times
Midnight surcharge of 50% of final metered fare – 12.00am to 6.00am (daily)
The service uses dedicated taxis to bring you to any destination in Singapore. Please approach the Ground Transport Desks at the Arrival Halls.
Rates:
*Additional surcharge of $15.00 applies per additional stop.
