Payment Instructions:
- Please ensure that the conference name; SCF17 and the name of the participant are stated in the bank transfer.
- All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees.
- A completed remittance advice of the bank transfer should be sent to: info@supercomputingfrontiers.com
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing at info@supercomputingfrontiers.com with the subject line “CANCELLATION” by February 1, 2017 and are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee. Refunds will not be granted after February 1, 2017 nor will they be given for no-shows.
Substitution Policy
Delegates unable to attend the conference may send an alternate, i.e. single substitution only. Substitution requests must be submitted to the Organiser in writing to info@supercomputingfrontiers.com with the subject line “SUBSTITUTION REQUEST” by February 28, 2017.
